The apartment was conveniently reachable by a free bus, and the room was very clean. There was milk, yoghurt, juice and butter in the fridge and some sweet pastries up for grabs.
The room wasn't sound proof at all. Our toddler (or the parents) didn't sleep much, because there was constant noise by other guests, the gate, airplanes etc.

The breakfast was very agreeable, simple, and sufficient - with many offerings. It had yogurt, muesli, breads, jams, biscuits, coffee, tea and all the usual trimmings. The place is charming, clean and the manager helpful and communicative. Location was optimal for its proximity to Malpensa. Access was straightforward.
We found nothing to improve and hope to come back soon!

The breakfast was plain but adequate. The location was near the airport and a shuttle was available, however we had to walk nearly a half a mile to get to the shuttle stop. We received no information about the shuttle location, but fortunately a passerby helped us. The room and shared kitchen area was nicely appointed.
There was no or little information about the facilities, how to get in, where our room was and shuttle. Our questions were answered promptly. I had to ask about air conditioning after a very warm uncomfortable night. Having the air conditioning help the 2nd night but it was barely adequate
