Communication with Alessia was excellent. We received all the check-in details in advance, making our arrival smooth and straightforward. The apartment is in a convenient location near the airport, and the space was clean and tidy. The self-service breakfast was modest yet adequate, and Alessia was accommodating with our check-in and check-out times.

The location. So close to the airport. Staff were so helpful. Helped organised a private taxi due to our arrival time and departure. Also got a free upgrade.

The room and the dining area
Easy to check in. Nicely decorated room. Very clean and quiet. The distance from the airport was very close and convenient with the free shuttle bus.

The breakfast was plain but adequate. The location was near the airport and a shuttle was available, however we had to walk nearly a half a mile to get to the shuttle stop. We received no information about the shuttle location, but fortunately a passerby helped us. The room and shared kitchen area was nicely appointed.
There was no or little information about the facilities, how to get in, where our room was and shuttle. Our questions were answered promptly. I had to ask about air conditioning after a very warm uncomfortable night. Having the air conditioning help the 2nd night but it was barely adequate
