    Over night stay between flights. Location is perfect for this as Terminal 2 and the train station is right next to the hotel. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend for any short layover between flights.

    Stayover a night here for my early morning flight. Everything is great. Staff is nice, check-in was smooth, I asked for a cup of ice and they gave me free. Room is clean and well maintained, feels very modern btw great organized.

    Excellent stay and very friendly staff — definitely a 5-star experience for us! Even though our stay was short, we really enjoyed it. The location is perfect for travelers because it’s only a very short walk to Malpensa Airport, which made everything super convenient and stress-free. The staff at the counter were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Their positive attitude really made a difference and gave us a great first impression of the hotel. The hotel was also very clean, modern, and comfortable. We even received a small freebie gift — an ID lace/lanyard — which was a nice touch and made the stay feel more special. It seemed like part of their guest program or welcome package. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable airport hotel with amazing staff!

    I had a good stay but there were no amenities at the room. No free bottled water, shampoo, and body wash. The staff were kind of rude too.
