Good instructions on how to reach from the airport
Bed and breakfast means more than dried packet toast and yoghurt, but that seems the norm in Italy. There was fresh milk in the fridge which is a plus, often there is no milk

Charming. Good location. Block & a half away from an excellent restaurant.
Could have used clear instructions on the coffee service.

The location is perfect for a long layover in Milan Malpensa. The host was very friendly, and the place was very clean!
Of course, since the place is very close to airport, the sound from airplanes landing in/leaving is very easy to hear. But this was expected:)

location is good, 7 min walk to shuttle bus, they have private parking if you come by car. they serve breakfast (sweet) and water you can take to airport.
felt the check in process is like an escape room, too complicated to my taste. also they had intercom which contacts the hosts but the answer we got was very rude "read the messages you got", all while being eaten by mosquitos and no where to hide. Shared space smells like cigarettes, inside room were spiders and mosquitos so we didn't get a good sleep
