Everything was absolutely wonderful! The charming couple, Andrea and Silvia, were incredibly attentive and caring throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and have everything you could possibly need: a comfortable bed, a large walk-in shower and bathtub, air conditioning, a constant supply of chilled bottled water, and a minibar. Breakfast was varied and beautifully presented, with nuts, fresh fruit, freshly baked rolls, cheeses, and ham. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained, with flowers, evening lighting, music, and a swimming pool that is always perfectly clean and available at any time. One of the most enjoyable experiences was taking a late-night swim after returning to the villa from a day exploring the lakes. Andrea is always happy to prepare lunch or a late dinner at the villa if you haven’t had time to visit a restaurant. We tried the Angus beef, risotto, and pasta prepared by Andrea himself — everything was absolutely excellent. We are leaving with a strong desire to come back! But the real star of this villa is its owner, Andrea, who does everything possible to make you feel like a KING or QUEEN! You can ask him about absolutely anything, and he will find a way to help. For example, one of my wife’s glasses had a loose screw in the frame. Andrea took the glasses and returned them to us perfectly repaired without asking for anything in return, even though he was away for almost an hour. After a week at the villa, he truly felt like a member of our family. We really hope to come back!

The owners are wonderful!!!!! Nothing was too much trouble - especially when we had to wait an age for passport control Andrea was still waiting for us with a smile. He took us to the local village of Sesto Calende in the evening so we could have a lovely meal. They were fantastic.

The location is extremely quiet and there is not much in the village itself - but the pool area was lovely and relaxing and I cannot explain how attentive the staff are,

Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber, Herr Andrea, am Flughafen abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gefahren. Eigentlich wollten wir nur eine Nacht bleiben, jedoch haben wir uns entschieden, noch länger in diesem kleinen Paradies zu bleiben. Das Hotel hat nur vier Zimmer, eine wunderschöne Poolanlage mit Meersand und Liegestühlen. Wir wurden hervorragend bekocht (Fleisch auf dem Grill, Pasta, frischer Fisch) und bedient. Es gibt auch Getränke und Wein. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und schön präsentiert. Vielen Dank für diese Tage zum Abschluss unserer Sommerferien!
