Damp walls. no working tv on the first night. no heating on the second night, poor communication,

lack of communication from host, I had issues and these were not addressed timely or at all.

Sort out basic amenities and it would go along way

Was fairly clean with good amenities, few cobwebs and mould in the shower but nothing too show stopping

No bath soap, no salt and pepper. If you have a property with a shower and don’t provide any soap, shower jel, just hand wash and fairly liquid. Not even that much toilet roll. Also the entire place smelt damp

Not the flat I paid for.

It was clean.

Property looked like a construction site. Requested additional towels as it was cool (heat was turned off) so the towels didn’t dry between daily showers and didn’t happen. There wasn’t facilities to make coffee. And by the pictures I took of the flat, it wasn’t the one I paid for.
