The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We have stayed in Nerja for a number of years and this is the best apartment we have stayed in.

Our objective for this booking was an apartment central to Nerja “Balcon de Europa” that has a private patio to enjoy some Spanish wine in the sun and enjoy a view. This apartment was perfect for that! We had a lovely few days, the patio faced south/south east, so we had the sun from sunrise to about 16:00 with a great sea view. The apartment was modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Summary: this was a great place, exactly what we wanted. We would come again! More detail: there was a large television that has multiple European channels +Netflix & Amazon Prime Video apps. There was a kitchen, we didn’t use it much other than boiling a saucepan of water for tea (there was no kettle) also used the microwave and refrigerator. The communications with letting agents were good, using WhatsApp. We were happy to be given a couple hours extra checkout time as we had a late flight home. Be aware: some apartments give you a welcome food hamper with water, wine, local food, shampoo, more than one toilet roll, etc. this apartment is NOT one of those. However, there’s no problem as you can buy what you need within a few minutes walk from the apartments: Outside the apartment turning left there’s a tiny convenience store. Walking further on there’s a bigger convenience store, and a few minutes further walk there is what I would call a proper supermarket (Carrefour). Privacy: to the right of your patio is a block of flats each having a tiny balcony with a chair or two on them, so it’s quite possible that people will be sitting a few metres away from you looking over you. That was not a problem for us, we said hello and then turned back to enjoy our view :-) the main bed has a view of the terrace window, the whole place is open planned, there is another bed near the door. Plus another sofa bed. It’s all “open plan” with no interior doors between beds which might be important to know for bigger families with teenagers.

As another reviewer also commented, there's nothing on the entrance door to indicate which is "your" apartment out of the 3 doors. So we just had to try to key in all three locks :-)

No separate bedrooms so not really suitable for couples as no privacy but perfect place for families or friends to stay. Ideal for people with mobility issues. Clean with very comfortable beds .walk in shower with great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Spacious terrace with gorgeous sea view . Central but very peaceful. Will stay here again. Easy to access

Apartment not 100% finished e.g extractor fan in kitchen but we never used hob so not an issue for us Need some patio furniture. A number or some sort of indication it's the correct door would be helpful
