A&F Apartments

Francisco was an excellent host. He met us on arrival eventhough it was 11:00pm. He had left water and snacks in the apartment for us which were very welcome at that hour of the night. Francisco also organised our return taxi to Malaga airport. A final bonus was that he allowed us use the apartment on the day of our departure as our return flight was not until 10:30pm. All in all, it was a fabulous holiday and Francisco helped contribute to that.

Best apartment we have ever stayed in Nerja , such wonderful communication , met us and gave us a tour , spotless and so close to everything , while still remaining quite Such a comfy bed , all you need for a great stay Would highly recommend and definitely 100% book again Thank you so much 😊

Nice location

Was ok for me.. but if you have mobility needs its up 2 flights of stairs xxxx

- The apartment itself was modern, spacious and very clean. - Location was great, just a minute or so walk to the main square and balcony of Europe. - The host. We had one small issue as the blinds broke, but the host was very nice and helpful and someone came to fix it within 24 hours. His communication was also very good.

The noise. Unfortunately the neighbours who live on the third floor are *incredibly* noisy and have no consideration for other guests! Every morning, they shouted loudly to each other in the corridors for long periods of time, often slammed their door loudly & repeatedly, made loud banging noises and moved heavy furniture. One morning they did this directly outside our door and it sounded like our door was going to come down!! They also left their wash machine operating until 2am which made a very loud noise right above our heads. There was loud street noise from pedestrians until 3 - 4am every night so we could not sleep, and then 4 hours later (every morning at 8am) the neighbours upstairs would make loud noise for hours! This meant, we were only able to sleep between the hours of 4am and 8am which was very stressful!! I understand this is not the property manager’s fault but I could not recommend this apartment because of this. I hope someone speaks to the neighbours and asks them to be respectful at 8am - particularly because the apartment is subject to loud noise until 4am at night.
