Red Squirrel is a single-storey lodge with three bedrooms including one king-size with an en-suite shower room , one double and one twin (zip/link can be set up as king-size on request) , serviced by a shower room. There's an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining and sitting area with an electric fire and TV. Outside there's off-road parking available, a rear garden with patio, furniture, barbecue and hot tub. One well-behaved dog welcome. Within 0.3 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels, included in the rent. It is a beautiful town with so much to see and do and it is a place full of history and culture. Dornoch is home to the 13th-century Dornoch Cathedral and directly opposite the cathedral is Dornoch Castle which is now a hotel making it the perfect place to stop off and stay awhile. Dornoch has a golf course that has been voted the fifth best outside of the US so is well worth a visit. No visit to Dornoch is complete without a visit to Dornoch beach situated on the beautiful Dornoch Firth and with its miles of golden sands is a great place for beach walks and activities. Aside from the beauty and history, Dornoch has a great range of shops, galleries, cafes, pubs and restaurants to discover and is the perfect place for picking up gifts to take home to loved ones.
