Peaceful location and stunning views. Was a rare find , especially in a busy summer holiday period and for a late booking. amazing Property very well kept. Full of character and displays its heritage beautifully. Host was really helpful in suggesting local restaurants and pubs and making our stay comfortable. Delicious cooked breakfast and locally produced jams and preserves.

Breakfast very good.
Location view is great, but requires a car.
Hostess drove us to bus stop after breakfast.
Our only difficulty was needing someone to drive us about half an hour out of Inverness

Lovely location overlooking the Cromarty Firth. Pub a short drive / 20min walk. Room clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Great communal lounge for relaxing.
The bathroom was on the small side. I think you pay a premium for its secluded, quiet and picturesque location.

Clean, comfy bedroom with a little fridge. Nice outlook over fields.
My showroom was tiny and sink so small, it was barely useable. Don't get room 4!
Was woken at 5.30 by someone making a lot of noise. Sound travelled from another part of the house quite badly.
As a veggie, the breakfast wasn't great and a special request (which the breakfast description said I could make) was entirely ignored by the staff in the morning. Not great for veggies.
