VILLA 169, CLUB PATARA RESORT (Kalkan, Türkiye)

We had a wonderful week in this lovely two floor villa during August with our two teens. The views over Kalkan bay when you enter are stunning, the villa is really well built, more traditional in style than some of Kalkans newer villas, which we loved, and also very spacious with everything to make your stay comfortable. Particularly loved the wrap around balcony and being able to sit out drinking sundowners with uninterrupted views of Kalkan! The two double bedrooms are a good size with great views and the third bedroom is very small with just two singles and a wardrobe. Aircon works really well although the villa stays pretty cool downstairs so only needed in bedrooms during August. Patara Prince is a lovely resort, on the greener, quieter side of Kalkan yet only a 5 min taxi ride to buzzy Kalkan. Lots of stairs everywhere!! The villa is well located within Patara Prince, about a 5 min walk downhill to pool, restaurant and seafront. Rengin was a great host and communication was always really responsive if there were any queries of issues.

Fantastic and spacious villa in a great location with fantastic views over the bay of Kalkan. Super large balcony, inside is very spacious with everything a travelling family could want. Rengin is a very attentive host, any minor issues were immediately sorted. Would thoroughly recommend and will definately return!

A lovely villa within Patara Prince resort. The villa was very well equipped and offered plenty of space. The outside area was excellent too with comfy sun loungers and two sets of tables and chairs. The owner was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions and really put herself out to ensure we were had all we needed. We will definitely be going back!

We have stayed at this resort previously and loved it, slightly larger Villa with glorious Sea Views.We had a great time and Kalkan is such a beautifully unspoiled and laid back Town.Few points which needed to be mentioned was that, the season begins 1st of May, the Infinity and Adult Pool open 1st June, the Huge Construction work next door is permitted between November and May.As said we had a wonderful time, these are simply points that should be mentioned.My only other comment would be to replace the Fridge before it dies a sad and noisy death.
