The Stone House in Kisla is a luxurious 5 bedroom villa, 2 minutes from the sea and beach clubs, the villa sleeps 10 people with fantastic panoramic views over Kalkan Bay. The stone house is just 5 minutes’ drive away from Kalkan town center.
The Stone House is beautifully decorated and furnished, throughout and extremely well equipped, to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your time in Kalkan.
All the bedrooms in the Stone House are en-suite, and have large, private balconies/terraces. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, and there is a flat screen TV, DVD player, and internet connections.
The villa has panoramic amazing ocean views and beautiful large pool that you will want to spend much of your time in the outside area. The pool is surrounded by a spacious patio, equipped with sun-loungers and sun-shades.

* It has panoramic stunning sea and mountain views by the sunbathing area, large private swimming pool, spacious patio area with sun-beds and sunshades next to the pool.
* There are also a large rattan seating set, 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs and a low table. There is a stone built bbq as well. There is an outside dining table and chairs for 10 people.
* Private swimming pool, sunbathing area, sunbeds, umbrellas, stone built bbq, outside furniture, outdoor shower with amazing ocean views.
* The pool size: 10m. X 5m., Deep 1.6m. To 2m.

* Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Double French windows look out to the garden, pool and patio area, and of course those spectacular views
* Fully fitted and equipped U shaped kitchen, with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle & toaster.
* Dining table, seating 8. Large L shaped cream leather seating unit, coffee table, TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi
*Utility Room/Cloak Room, with washing machine & dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes airier, and WC.

Gorgeous Villa with amazing pool and poolside. Plenty of room for everyone and fantastic outdoor dining area / bbq. Communication was excellent and extremely helpful. Would massively recommend!

Really beautiful home, perfect for me and my family. perfect location, 5 minutes drive into town. 5 minute away from beach club. 15 mins walk to supermarket.

This house is absolutely stunning and we would return without hesitation. The photos are actually
a little old as the house is much better than represented. A large pool area with plenty of
space and good clean sunlounges, big bbq area, lovely terrace area for relaxing and eating - plus a ping pong table which is always welcome in our house.
all the rooms had air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms.
The views are amazing and just minutes away from beach clubs, local restaurants and kalkan town centre.
The service we received from the local team Ridvan was superb - we had fresh bread delivered daily and water dispensed freezing cold!
We took the chance to have dinner cooked by Songal and it was wonderful eating on the terrace !!
There is plenty to see and do and the views are wonderful.
No ants indoors, few mosquitoes and plenty of hot water with pressure !!
I would thoroughly recommend this house to
anyone !
The only downside is the wi-fi - but this is pretty bad everywhere in Turkey so just sort an e-sim before you leave to avoid disappointed teenagers !!
