This stunning holiday villa is set in an enviable position in the Kishla area of Kalkan just a few hundred metres from the sea, giving the most fantastic sea views over Kishla Bay. It has a private pool and 4 en-suite bedrooms, (three in the main villa, one separate under the pool), all with the same fabulous sea views and comfortably accommodates 8 guests. The villa is beautifully decorated with colourful, comfortable, and luxurious furnishings, creating a modern and meticulously designed interior.

This villa is in a popular area which is walkable to local beach clubs, restaurants and a small grocery. Kalkan is a 5-minute taxi ride away where the old town can be found with its pretty cobbled streets, boutique shops, roof terrace restaurants and harbour area. Villa Zya is a great choice for a family or friends holiday.

The villa has its own off-street parking space from which a flight of steps leads down to the villa’s entrance.

Lower Ground Floor

The first of the ensuite double bedrooms is approached down a flight of external stairs leading from the pool terrace. This has its own private balcony with a circular jacuzzi

Ground Floor Living Room:

The open plan living has a light, bright, airy feel and incorporates a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, kettle, and toaster. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen with a dining table and seating for 6.

The comfortable lounge with two large sofas and 2 armchairs, and coffee table, takes full advantage of the beautiful pool and picturesque sea views. The lounge also has a flat screen LCD TV and direct access to the pool terrace. The villa also has Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. There is a communal cloakroom on the floor.

First Floor

On this level there are 2 en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. The carefully planned bedrooms take full advantage of the panoramic sea views with floor to ceiling windows and share a furnished sea view balcony.

Second Floor

Set under the roof space there is one more double en-suite bedroom with direct access to a large furnished roof terrace with stunning sea views

Bedroom 4 – Double en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower, air-conditioned, king size bed, wardrobe with full length mirror, TV, air-conditioning, large private balcony with circular jacuzzi and sea views. Accessed separately from the main villa.

Outdoors

The villa has a good-sized sun-bathing terrace with an infinity edge pool measuring 9.2 x 3.8 m (1.50 m deep), with a shallow area at one end and having ladder steps. 4 sun loungers, side tables and a parasol surround the pool which has the most wonderful sea views over the bay. A comfortable sofa seating set which doubles up as a dining area for 6 makes for a delightful alfresco dining experience.
