-Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else. If the plumbing clogs during your stay, a fee may be incurred to have a plumber come and make repairs.
-Guests are responsible for any and all damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly
-No access to garage
We kindly remind all guests of the importance of adhering to the noise level city ordinance. Any violation of our noise/party rule will necessitate the involvement of law enforcement & termination of your reservation. Great little place just south of downtown. we had a 4 day stay. kitchen worked out great. Beds were comfortable...Bathrooms clean and fresh.
Comfortable living area for TV watching. All in all, a great stay for us.
