-2 comfortably sized bedrooms, each with a plush queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night
- Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably
-2 full bathrooms, offering convenience and privacy for all guests
-An extra-large living room designed for relaxation and entertainment, complete with a smart TV, a variety of games, and plenty of seating to accommodate everyone
-Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to whip up a meal, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a full dinner
-Enjoy a smooth arrival with our easy, contactless self-check-in process

-Seamlessly connected to the Indianapolis Skywalk, granting you easy access to all the vibrant downtown attractions
-Indulge in delicious dining at The Block Bistro, just steps from your door
-Stay in shape with 24/7 access to our on-site gym, ensuring you never miss a workout
-Explore downtown Indianapolis on foot, with dining, entertainment, and shopping just a short stroll away
PARKING:
Secure your vehicle with ease in our attached garage, available for just $25/night.

Entry is granted through a smart lock. Code with be provided before check-in.
Other things to note
Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.
1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.
2. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.
3. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. . Guest will not receive refund for stay.*
6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $300 to replace
Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.
PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building.
