• Smart Roku TV’s in living room and bedrooms
Guest access
• Key code will be provided at least 1 hour before check-in
• We ask that you please enter the residence from the front door on 11th street
• The attached garage entrance is located at the rear of the building and can be opened/closed from inside the townhome
• Additional free parking next to the townhome, but is available on first come basis
• Additional free parking nearby on Central Avenue
Other things to note
• You must be 25 or older to book – photo of Drivers License or State ID required
• Please remember that you will be staying in a privately owned house. We ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own and we will respond to any questions or issues promptly.
• For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the building is monitored 24/7 by recording security cameras covering the front and rear entrances.
• The maximum house capacity is 8 people. Unauthorized guests, parties and events are house rule violations and will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. We value the safety and security of all our guests.
