About this house rental
Keep it simple and cozy at our peaceful and centrally-located home.
It's just 5-8 minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the Convention Center, Lilly, Museums, shopping, and Fountain Square and downtown, nightlife, and activities. And only 8-13 minutes to the hospitals, the Canal walk, and the Mass Ave dining and shopping district.
You cannot get this close and be so quiet and peaceful at the same time!

The space
Our home is an old house that has been recently renovated for comfort and charm. It sits within a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from all the hustle and bustle of downtown life.
Each room is decorated with some of our favorite things, items we have loved and collected through the years. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
The kitchen meets all your basic needs, but is by no means fancy. And, I wouldn't recommend playing a game of marbles on it's floor, because they are certainly not level, but it is spacious and will be suitable for your traveling needs.
Guest access
During your stay, you will have access to the yard, parking spot, the front and back porch, and all the rooms of the house except for the basement and upstairs.

Check in for the rental was stated accurately & the host did answer every question I had very promptly. The address did have us backtrack a block but it wss no big deal. The only thing I wish the kitchen had was a blender. I didn't think of it ahead of time because I'm sure the host would have been very accommodating for that. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

My wife, 16yr old daughter and another Volleyball mom and her 16yr old daughter needed a place near downtown to stay for our 3-day Volleyball tournament at the ICC. Location of this house was excellent (4 min drive to get downtown) and the sleeping accommodation were perfect for our needs. Having a kitchen, full-sized fridge, washer/dryer (we cleaned the jerseys from the VB team!), a living room to lounge in and ample parking in the back of the house/on the street - we could not have asked for a better situation. Owners were super easy to communicate with and very helpful when we needed some quick answers. Excellent stay for us!

Spent one night and had a great time. Close to Lucas Oil stadium. Home was clean and sat in an established neighborhood with a 6 min drive to FFA convention. Home had everything g needed plus games and books for my youngest son. Owners were always a message away. Highly recommend
