About this house rental
Located next to a park forest, this spacious home—with over 190 square meters of living space—is situated in the Ounasrinne single-family home neighborhood. It is about 200 meters from the Ounasvaara skiing and hiking trails. The house is ideal for a larger family or group that enjoys nature and outdoor activities.
The Santasport leisure center and spa is located about three kilometers away. You can easily reach the city center by public transportation. Four parking spaces ensure there’s room for any passenger cars that may be in use.
In the yard, you can relax or grill by the outdoor fire. A sledding hill suitable for both children and adults is just 30 meters away. The house’s sleds are available for guests to use freely.
There are four bedrooms and a cozy fireplace room. There is also a living area with a sofa bed. The bedrooms have beds that are already made, and if a larger group is staying, we can also make up the two pull-out sofa beds. There are a total of eleven sleeping spots, plus a crib and extra beds available for your use.
The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking. It is fully equipped and, in addition to a dining table for eight, features a bar table for three.
In addition to the sauna and shower, the home also features a separate, smaller shower room, a utility room, and two restrooms. The utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer.

We needed a home large enough to house our two families. Everyone had space, and most especially, their own bed. This house was as lovely as the pictures showed. Instructions were provided for the various kitchen amenities. Located close to town yet in a quiet neighborhood. A small grocery store was just down the path. We had a lovely time. Communication with property owner/manager was very helpful.
