This is a great property - absolutely huge with great indoor space spread over three floors and extensive outdoor areas.
The four bedrooms are a good size, well-equipped, including air conditioning. There are two lounges and two kitchens - one each on the ground and first floors - we mainly used the ground floor areas. The kitchens were well-equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils and the provision of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc., was welcome. The cooker and dishwasher would probably benefit from updating. The house was cleaned every week (slightly unusually on a Thursday late afternoon/early evening) and is a very large property for one person to clean.
The outside space is fantastic and immaculately maintained. The saltwater pool is a good size (and deep). There are a number lounging areas - one by the pool and a terrace overlooking the sea. There are also two outside dining areas - a terrace just off the kitchen/lounge and a covered area near the huge bbq. The views are beautiful from everywhere.
There are outside terraces on all floors so you can find privacy, sun or shade at all times of day. The rest of the grounds are beautifully landscaped and there is a car port with electric doors. Despite being surrounded by other properties, it feels very quiet and private.
There is not a huge amount in the immediate vicinity - a platform for swimming in the sea is about five minutes walk and there are 2 or 3 nice small beaches within a 5-10 minute drive. A couple of restaurants do takeaway/delivery but we tended to cook for ourselves. There is a very good supermarket about 30 mins away.
Athens is a c90 minute drive so a good day trip, and Corinth (canal and town) are c45 mins. Epidavros is just over an hour away. All are well worth the trip.
Nick was a great help in booking, arrival and stay - always quick and helpful in responses.
Overall, a great property and would thoroughly recommend - big enough for two families as there is enough space for everyone to do their thing.

We spent just over 2 weeks at this beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa. A truly luxury experience and perfect for a self catering family holiday away from it all. The views are second to none from all aspects, literally breath taking and we never got bored of waking up to blue skies and deep blue sea. The only thing better was the hospitality and professionalism of the owners. Nothing was too much trouble, including the owner coming to find us when we got lost on the way to the villa! We were truly lucky to have picked this villa for our family vacation. Thanks to Nick for his professional and courteous communication and organisation and to Chris and his wonderful family who we were so fortunate to have met during our stay! More broadly, this villa is quite remote so not many options for dining out, but this was not a problem for us. Would definitely recommend a stay and dearly hope we have the opportunity to visit again in the future.

This lovely villa was our home for a week in the summer, two families from France and Israel, and it was absolutely one of the greatest holidays ever! The view and the amazing private pool are to die for. The pool is big and very clean and the slighty salty sea water feels great. The garden and rest area around the pool are big and beautiful and there's plenty of shade and privacy. We had most of our meals outside by the pool, having bought groceries at nearby villages (mostly in Almiry a nice little town with a big supermarket, restaurants, a nice beach and more). A car is a must, but everything we needed was within short distance. There's a wonderful local taverna 3 minute drive from the villa with excellent fresh fish and seafood and a very welcoming owner. Being at the villa felt so nice we never wanted to leave the villa except for short drives in the area (there are some wonderful beaches within half hour drive), and a lovely day trip to Athens which is just an 80 minute drive away. Nick the villa owner is a wonderful person, reliable, helpful and attentive. The house is big and anyone could find privacy when desired, bedrooms are clean and airconditioned, bathrooms spotless clean and equipped in very high standards. We'd like to thank Nick for the wonderful relaxing experience in his villa and hope we meet again in the future!

The superbly equipped and positioned villa was home to us, a family of 5 with associated boyfriends/girlfriends etc and it is true to say that everyone was wowed by the villa itself, its position overlooking the sea and, not least, the pool and gardens. Nick the owner (more later) recommended lovely individual butchers, fishmongers, bakers and fruit and veg shop in the nearest town (25 mins drive). The produce was always very fresh and these little establishments are side by side. (large supermarket also in this town). We cooked on the outside barbecue (also has wood fired oven) and ate under the stars almost every night. If you can't be bothered to cook the gardener will acquire fish from the local fishermen and cook it for you! More about Nick, a more welcoming and 'can do' host it is not possible to find. He can arrange or 'fix' anything. One of our hire cars broke down on the way from the airport. We limped into the villa and Nick arranged someone to go and buy a new battery and fit it. Problem solved without us lifting a finger. Our 18 year old daughter acquired a chest infection and one call to Nick provided an instant appointment at the local doctors and Nick drove all the way from Athens to interpret! And somehow the cost got magiced away. Everything that Nick recommended locally was brilliant and he must be one of the nicest and most helpful people around. The area is not touristy which we loved and the local people are just a delight. We drove South a bit to go to a waterside restaurant (twice) and all the way down (beautiful drive) (but watch out for some 'interesting' other drivers!) to get a water taxi to Spetses. Otherwise, did we leave the villa? You have to be kidding!
