The property far exceeded our expectations in every respect. Communication with John from the moment we booked to our arrival was excellent. He generously accommodated all requests and gave us plenty of great information about the area.
On arrival we were greeted with the warmest welcome by Slavic, who takes care of the farm and property. He could not have been more kind and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with fresh eggs and freshly picked fruit from the farm.
The property itself is very spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating 9 adults. It is a welcoming house that retains the feeling of having been a much loved family home. There are many areas to sit and take in the natural surroundings and wonderful views both in and around the house and in the extensive grounds. Sunrise was amazing and filled with birdsong.
We made full use of the tennis court, playing every day at every opportunity when we weren’t out and about. Had we been there in the hotter months then the huge circular pool and fully equipped outdoor kitchen would have been a draw.
It is in a superb location with historical, beautiful Nafplio on the doorstep, and Mycenae, Epidavros, and some gorgeous beaches ( we loved Tolo) all within easy reach, not to mention some great places to eat. There is so much more to explore. We’ll have to come back!
Nothing, except the flies maybe but there were screens on the windows so next time we’ll keep the doors closed!

Ein tolles Gesamtpaket, ein sehr geräumiges Haus mit renovierten Bädern und schönen Ausblicken über Orangenhaine bis nach Naphplio-Festung. Swimmingpool, Tennisplätze, BBQ, Polocart, Tischtennis, Playstation konnte alles genutzt werden. Jeden Morgen frisch gepressten Orangensaft, Eier vom Hof, wenn man will.

Beautiful location among the orange trees. Large living room. Huge lawn for children to play all around the BBQ (bonus: the golf cart). The tennis court. The play room + ping pong at the basement.
Conveniently hosting 15 persons (8 adults, 7 children).
The WiFi connection was a bit problematic.
A bit difficult to figure out how to turn down the heat on various sections of the house.
