About this house rental
Located in the vibrant centre of Mount Maunganui, this spacious 3-bed holiday home is the perfect base for exploring the area's stunning beaches, local shops and delicious eateries.
Kids will appreciate their own space with an outdoor patio straight off the bunk room and a TV for entertainment.
As for the adults - pick one of two private decks to unwind. One perfect for al fresco dining straight off the kitchen. The other? A roof terrace ideal for soaking up the sunset in your private oasis.
Guests will have access to the entire property. However please note the garage does have some personal belongings in it against the walls.
We're happy to answer any questions you have about the local area. Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by sending a message through your booking provider. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Check in is between 3pm - 10pm.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 8pm - 7am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key/swipe tag a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.

First, the communication with the Toodle Team was excellent. Quick to respond and very helpful.The house is fantastic - clean, comfortable, and lovely decks!Couldn’t have asked for more for our stay in Mount Mangonui.
