Accommodates six guests, featuring a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, two twin-size, built-in bunks in the hallway, and a queen-size bed in the new sleeper sofa in the living room. WiFi is provided. The unit is equipped with a convenient stackable washer and dryer. Cook a full course meal effortlessly in the fully renovated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all necessary cookware and dishes. Enjoy outdoor amenities such as a grilling area, community hot tub, and pool located on the property. The unit is located up one flight of stairs, on the second floor.
MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO BOOK, CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT: The condominium association imposes a rental age restriction of 25 years and older. If this criterion is not met, booking or reservation cannot proceed. Additionally, the individual renting must stay at the property for the entirety of the visit.
NO SMOKING POLICY: Our vacation rental strictly prohibits smoking, both inside the unit and in the common areas. This policy extends to e-cigarettes. Any evidence of smoking, as detected by our cleaning crew, warrants charges for smoke cleanup and removal billed to the renter.

The condo was great. A little disappointed about the lack of public beach access that is across the stress.

Everything was as expected. The place has been remodeled. Some remodeling was questionable in that you could barely open dishwasher door because of cabinet handles in the way. Not an issue. The place was clean and tidy. Only comment is that it would be nice to have more than 2 garbage bags for a whole month. We ended up bringing all our recycling home with us (and it was a LOT!) but 2 bags would only last several days otherwise.
