Corner of Paradise Beach View Pool

The property was fairly clean, fresh smelling, and right across from the beach. It wasnt bad priced neither.

NO ELEVATOR OR LIFT OF ANY KIND. packing kids, food, drinks and luggage up three story’s is TERRIBLE. Code did not work pool, never even got to use it. We got like one spare trash bag per trash can for a 7 day stay.

If you are looking for a nice cozy place to stay while visiting look no further. I can’t say enough about this place! BUDGET FRIENDLY, CLEAN, NICE LOCATION…Long story short this place was AMAZING!!!!!

The only thing I liked about the property is being top floor, very quiet with partial gulf views.

I disliked that the hot tub was barely lukewarm the first day, and the only working jets were the two bottom, for feet. The refrigerator doesn't open to the kitchen, so very inconvenient having to open fridge/freezer doors, then hold what you just removed, and step back to close the door. I learned in ninth grade home economics, that whenever purchasing a refrigerator/freezer for the kitchen, to ensure buying one that conveniently opens to the kitchen, not a wall. Glad it poured rain the second day because had to have supplies delivered to "thoroughly " clean entire condo. Crumbs on floor, a used dinner napkin, plastic spoon, and an old petrified lime wedge under the king bed. The toaster needs replacing as it only toasted one side of two slices of bread. Taking them out, reversing them to toast the other sides only resulted in the previously toasted sides to be cold and dry. Couldn't shower with the tub drain in, ope, because ended up standing in six inches of water. I completely removed the drain for better shower experience. The stove, burners all need to be soaked overnight in white vinegar to remove the baked-on grease/food. Needs thorough scrubbing with steel wool. There were crumb inside and under drip pans. Wasn't able to stream Netflix (best movies!) because two people hadn't cleared their private accounts!!! Unit is very dated and needs updating, plus kitchen and bathroom counters need to be cleaned up and new sealer installed.
