Summary:
Serenity in the City! Relax with sights and sounds you wouldn’t expect in the city. The space is surrounded by wooded spaces and is within easy walking distance of many restaurants, parks and attractions nearby. The property backs up to a wooded creek; deer are sighted regularly. The property is recently renovated and beautifully furnished.
This is a detached single family home and you will have full use of it.
The Space:
The inside dining area seats 8. The great room has a 60” TV and each of the three bedrooms has a 50” TV. All are Roku TVs – enjoy your own subscription streaming services.
Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen: Keurig coffee station with pods, microwave, stove and oven, place settings for 8, full set of knives, pots and pans and more.
An outside dining area on the private deck features a grill and Edison lights.
The office / bonus room over the garage is great for remote work. Enjoy our fast gigabit WiFi internet connection.
The home has a full laundry with washer and dryer.
The home has two and a half baths: The primary bedroom has its own full bath and the remaining two bedrooms share a "Jack and Jill" full bath.
The enclosed garage can accommodate 2 cars; several more cars may be parked in the driveway.

Hartsfield-Jackson Airport is 20.3 miles away, about a 30 minute drive depending on traffic conditions.

Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in.
Pet policy: We allow dogs only, a maximum of 2. We do not allow cats. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $80 and an additional fee of $25 per pet per day. Dogs left alone in the home must be crated. Other pet policies apply: please review our House Rules for our full pet policies.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.

We found the house to fit our needs perfectly! Very clean, safe and quiet neighborhood, nice yard, comfortable beds and stocked kitchen with newish appliances. Cute bonus room above the garage too. I highly recommend!

The house was easy to find, upon arrival it was so clean, smelled fresh. The house is lovely, comfortable living areas and bedrooms. Living, porch and play area gave plenty of space. The yard is great for kids. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for big meals or just small snacks. It is well appointed with dishwater, pots, silverware, glasses and appliances. Our host was excellent. We had a few changes and he was so accommodating The location is perfect. Near all the spots but you are so much in the neighborhood, when you get home. Towels, sheets, bedding all upscale.
