About this house rental
Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy the space as we did with our family:) Our home is tucked away in the back end of Hendrix Park just 1 mile from Hayward field an easy 5 min drive to get to the UofO. Our spacious 1550 sq. ft home with a covered carport and a gorgeous outdoor deck should make any visit an enjoyable one!

This house is nestled in a gorgeous area of Eugene surronded by trees & Forrest. Our deck provides a gorgeous view. Some details about our house.
-Steep driveway- 1 spot above the driveway off road.
-Stairs: Our home has many levels it is not recommended for anyone with bad knees or hip issues. The driveway is steep and there are various stairs throughout the house.
-3 bedrooms
-1 kid/ twin bed & queen
-The other 2 rooms have queen beds
-1 bathroom has a tub
-1 bathroom has a shower
-The kitchen is on the main level of the home and the living room has stairs going down into the space. The bedrooms have a few stairs leading up that space.
-The deck is on the main level and has stairs leading down the grass area.

This was a beautiful and cozy spot for me and some friends to stay while in town for the Eugene Marathon. The backyard was a peaceful place to relax in. There is a park within walking distance. Highly recommend this location.

The house is very welcoming! Plenty of parking . The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay . Very nice home , great location ! If it wasn’t so cold I would have enjoyed the deck and the back yard . Plenty of space for a family getaway!

Beautiful property to watch the deer and turkeys while sitting in the backyard. Perfect place for us to stay and take our daughter to college.
