About this apartment rental
Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, you don’t need to leave your balcony to watch the weekly fireworks in the summer… and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)! Braemar Towers 1411 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of the south tower, overlooking the pool. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 3 TV’s, and 1 DVD player. This unit has WIFI. Limit of 5 people. There is parking for 1 vehicle. There is a $75 Common Area Usage Fee (Credit Cards Accepted, NO CASH!) for reservations up to a week. If reservation is multiple weeks there is a $75 per week fee due at arrival (Credit Cards Accepted, NO CASH!) The owner pays pays for linens (full sheet set for all beds, and full bath towel/wash cloth sets for 5 people; includes delivery and pick-up). Sorry, no smoking and no pets. During the peak season this property rents from Saturday to Saturday only. (Psssst… you’re also right across the street from The Crab Bag, voted Ocean City’s best crabs year after year!) I rented this unit sight unseen and found it to be very well kept. I would like to rent it next year for an extended stay! One week is just not long enough. There were a couple things broken when I arrived so I reported it to management. I was sad to leave because I felt so at home in the unit. I would love to go to OC and stay here again soon.

Our rental experience was great! The property was as described, with included amenities. Perfect for our family of four. The property was also clean and well maintained which is something I am always looking for. The owner even pays for the linen package (for 7+ days rent) which is fantastic seeing as it’s less we have to pack. The view from the balcony was perfect where you could see the beach, pool and bay. Also a plus was the little game room and the beach lockers on the property were so helpful to have. I would most certainly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy their time at the beach!
