This property was large with plenty of space for me and my three teens to spread out. It was clean and had extra amenities including a single cup coffee maker with pods, shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower, and a luggage rack in the closet. These are simple things that make a stay more comfortable. Not sure I’d stay in Springdale again in the future (the town itself has little to offer), but if so, I’d certainly choose this property.

Excellent communication from the property owner concerning the stay. He even warned us of an impending storm in case we needed to modify or travel plans! We ended up having to leave and not spending the night due to my husband having to deal with a timely work matter but the property itself was wonderful! It was so clean, the decorations were so calming and the perfect size! The owner was almost immediate to respond with messages before and during our quick stay and was unbelievably helpful when we had to quickly pack up short after arrival. When we come back, we will definitely be staying here!
