The Space:

Luxurious beds and has plenty of space to spread out with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 smart TV’s. WiFi access. Fenced yard.

Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.



Security Features: We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Two blocks from Northwest Medical Center and 4 blocks from downtown Springdale.



Getting Around:

The home is centrally located in Springdale with easy access to major roads. Approximate drive times: Downtown Springdale (5 min), Fayetteville & University of Arkansas (15 min), Rogers (15 min), Bentonville & Crystal Bridges (25 min). Uber and Lyft are available.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 25 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. - Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Four extra guests up to 12 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements.(No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
