This spacious house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and has 2 king size beds. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Enjoy a large deck and open backyard, ideal for outdoor relaxation. Conveniently located near walking and biking trails, and fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

• Newly renovated with new appliances and furniture.

Outdoor Space: Deck with seating. Back yard and driveway.
Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, large closet.
Guest Bedrooms: 1 King and 1 Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.
We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance.
Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.
Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.

Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage.

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces.
- This listing is for 6 guests. Two extra guests up to 8 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)
- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees may apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit.
- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
