Beautifully renovated 1800 SF home where modern amenities meet classic style .

The homeowners were fantastic. The house was clean, spacious, well maintained. The sunset was viable from the front porch, and it was so colorful. I loved having coffee in the morning, sitting outside on the rocking chairs. They had four small pigs that my older kids loved feeding. I will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Springdale.

Property was exactly as described! Beautiful, quiet and clean! ! Our kids enjoyed it and we loved the front porch view! Will definitely book again on our next trip to the area!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful house and land. Responsive host. Only suggestion is warning upcoming guests that dogs upstairs get the zoomies at 5am.

This property has a great retro look and feel. Rooms were clean and cozy. Location near Tontitown is great for access to Fayetteville.

Property location is gorgeous. The actual property is a basement with its own entrance which is super convenient and has a really tranquil and nice view. It worked out perfectly for my whole family. Rooms are great size as well as the restrooms. Everything was clean and super cute. Communication with host was very good. Would definitely recommend.

One bedroom in Suite 1 is what I believe used to be a closet. You can to crawl into the bed from the foot of it. No ceiling fan in that room either. We had a few things that needed to be fixed but Jason completed that VERY promptly. Overall, I very nice stay

We enjoyed the country setting. We were very close to bike parks, shopping, restraunts ect. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions.

This was a fantastic location! It was about 15 minutes from campus and was a perfect spot for our family and pets. It was spacious, clean and quiet!

The owners were easy to contact and responded promptly. The only recommendation is to download the VRBO app OR tell the owner you do not have it. We did not know we needed it to receive property instructions for entry which created some avoidable stress.

I so enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the sunset on Friday evening. It was postcard beautiful. Exactly as expected property.

It was a little difficult to find (someone typed wrong address) Plus it was a huge house on acres of land, just 2 miles from town!! Would recommend kleenex and paper towels be included to complete the home feel. Appreciated parking accomodations and security!

There were four of us who stayed here. All four us rate them a 5 star!! I don't know where to start... Both Jason and his wife, Jennifer, were extremely nice and very accommodating. I asked several questions prior to check-in, and I received a response within minutes every time. Their place is beautiful, and their property is just stunning. I could not get over how spacious the bathrooms and rooms were and the view from the porch is beautiful. With no fault to the owners or the property, it was very unfortunate that our trip had to end a little sooner than originally planned due to an accident. (this was an automobile/motorcycle accident) Both owners were very accommodating and did everything they possibly could do to help us with our situation. If we make back to Arkansas again, we will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely the best rental experience. Jason and his wife were so friendly and sweet. Jason called the day of arrival to confirm everything and they had everything ready for us. The property is beautiful.

We stayed the weekend to attend an event for our Grandson. The property sits on top of a hill overlooking the rest of the property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch drinking coffee each morning. The unit was very clean. The beds very comfortable. I would recommend get working lights on the steps leading down from the driveway to the unit. Overall Great place to stay. We will look to stay here the next time in town.

The house is spacious and clean, and it sits on an amazing property. Beautiful scenery but close enough to campus, dining, and shopping to be convenient. We needed a place to fit our family of 6 (change of plans caused it to just be me), and there was plenty of space for us. I can't wait to bring everyone back soon. The host made me feel very welcome, and he was helpful and accommodating. Great home away from home.

We stayed for close to 4 weeks while waiting for our new house to be finished. Family of 4, plus grandma! We were comfortable, the place suited us great! The hosts were very kind and accommodating.

This property was perfect for our weekend in Arkansas! We were there for the University of Cincinnati vs University of Arkansas football game, it was a blast! Jason, the property owner, was really nice and accommodating. The place was really clean and cute! Loved the spacious yard and the outdoor seating area. Def stay here!

Beautiful place to stay. It was very quiet, private and peaceful. We had a great stay. Just so you know, this home is the walk out basement. The owners live in the home above. The living room is also part of one of the bedrooms which is a bit inconvenient if you have kids in the room but would like to stay up and visit. The kitchen has seating to sit in though. The covered porch is also very nice with outdoor couch and several rocking chairs. We did a lot of sitting outside!

Quick weekend trip to the NWA area. We needed a pet friendly rental, this was perfect. Clean and plenty of space.

When we booked we expect a “private and secluded” space just as the property was listed, but what we didn’t know is that when we showed up the owners were also staying at the house upstairs. They did not include that into the description just as they did not tell us that there is a curfew that suits their needs instead of the guests staying there. We had a group of 8 people that came and stayed, and they knew we would be going out and coming back late and they were even told on the phone that we might be a little loud, (like I mentioned above, they did not list they would be staying there with us) but we would try not to be too loud seeing that they were home. The homeowner, Jason, even said “That is perfectly fine, we understand.” So there was an agreement to that. However, when we returned at 2am, on a FRIDAY night, we had music playing on a speaker that they provided. Instead of contacting us via text, phone call, or email, they took it upon themselves to come downstairs through a connecting door from their house WITHOUT KNOCKING!! They invaded privacy, they threatened to call the cops to have us removed, and they blatantly disrespected our group to our face. Seeing how we were on their property, we had no choice but to cut the music off and get everyone to sleep because they wanted to go exercise in the morning? Mind you, they didn’t have work, no doctor’s appointment, no business meeting, so I don’t find what they did was valid at all, especially since we had to pay $300 for a night there. So in the morning, with a calm and collected head, my boyfriend called the homeowner, Jason, to talk to him about how he felt that what they did was wrong and super disrespectful. Instead of being able to talk and find and understanding, his wife grabs the phone out of his hand and tries to tell us that we were “throwing a party”. In the listing it clearly says it sleeps twelve, and we had 8 people there (less by the time the night was over because of how uncomfortable we were with the situation and the invasion of privacy). But in the woman’s.. stubborn mind she believes that music playing (Justin Bieber) above the volume of 13 is a party. She then continues by telling us that she wanted us out of her house (it was around 9am) right then, even though in the agreements it says checkout is 11. Regardless, we complied and got our belongings together and left. All in all, the homeowners were super disrespectful and invaded our space. Do NOT stay here.
