About this house rental
We'd like to welcome you to our cozy tiny little guest house, which is perfect for two people! Located less than 2 miles from I-49, Starbucks, Walmart Supercenter & Sam's Club. Also, comes with a bonus of our three outdoor dogs which are 2 labs and a three legged Husky! If you enjoy city life, (located in Springdale city limits), in a quiet neighborhood and close to a beautiful lake full of wildlife this property is ideal!
Our 500 SF guest house has an open layout with a queen size bed. There is a separate bathroom with shower. Plush white towels and bed linens are included to ensure both comfort and cleanliness.
The guest house is located on our existing property where we live. We have a shop building directly behind the guesthouse which has some morning and evening activity. There is also equipment and vehicles parked behind the block guest house as well. There is an underground fence that keeps our outdoor dogs within the property. They freely roam around.
There is parking for one vehicle. If there will be any more vehicles please reach out to see if we can accommodate.
No pets, parties, smoking/vaping, or lake access.
Please do not allow our dogs in the house.
