Welcome to Broad Marsh 111C in family-friendly Ocean City, Maryland - THE perfect Escape for your next OCMD Vacation. This fabulous 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bath Luxury Townhome is sure to take your breath away. Sleeping 10 adults and 1 child, located back on the bayside of 70th Street, you're in the heart of Ocean City just a short drive from our famous Boardwalk, yet still in a quiet, peaceful location. There is Shopping, Dining, Entertainment all steps away AND the Beach is just a short 5 minute walk from this fabulous home! This lovely community has a pier to fish and crab from, and also offers a Seasonal Outdoor Pool, just 1 street over from this beautiful home!
As you enter this lovely home on the 1st floor landing, here you will find access to the Garage and the 4th Bedroom, with a Private Full Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo! With a plush Queen Bed, and a Flat Screen TV, this is a wonderful and serene escape. As you make your way up the stairs to the main Living Area, you will fall in love with the wonderful Open Floor Plan that allows you to enjoy your Vacation and spend time with your family without ever feeling crowded. This area is home to the Large Living Area, Dining Area, Kitchen as well as a convenient Half Bath.
After a day at the Beach or enjoying the Community Outdoor Seasonal Pool, you'll love relaxing in the Living Areas cozy furniture, including a Sleeper Sofa, and enjoying the Central AC, Free WiFi, and Large Flat Screen TV. Lovely Glass Doors lead to the spacious Furnished Balcony - can't you just small the calming Bay Breeze? What a great place to wind down the day sipping a glass of Pinot and reminisce on the adventures of the day.

There was plenty of space, lots of stocked amenities in the kitchen, the use of the garage was great and a great location to crab/fish on the bay and kayak, and the short walk to the community pool was perfect. We did notice some mold in the upstairs hallway bathroom around the top of the shower, the pull out couch was very hard to close on the left hand side when putting away and there was food/crumbs/food pieces under the couch when we opened it. Otherwise, overall we really enjoyed our stay!

This place is a beautiful and a home away from home feeling. I loved the location. Great communication with the property manager. They checked in often to make sure everything was ok. One of the best place that my family has stayed at. Thank again for welcoming us in your home.
