South Perth is popular for a reason, with nearby amenities making it a tiny, bustling city of its own. The supermarkets are well within walking distance, as is the numerous cafes and small restaurants lining its streets. This apartment building is just a short walk away from the stunning South Perth foreshore and an equally short distance away from the Perth Zoo!

This property is ideal for a long-stay rental, but short stays are welcome too! Perfect for a couple on a romantic retreat, or a pair of business partners in town for a meeting where they can experience living in Perth like a local.
Getting Around:
There are several bus stops around the area, able to take you to the city in 15 minutes or further. If you prefer. there is also a Transperth ferry located on Mends St Jetty which is another option to get to the city - this is a 10 minute ride. By car Fremantle is about a 20 minute drive and Perth City is about a 5 minute drive.
