About this house rental
This 1950's home is located .3 miles from downtown Sweetwater. A short walk brings you to downtown where you can explore unique antique shops, restaurants and shopping. We are only a few minutes from 175 making it easy to get to Chattanooga or Knoxville.
Our main bedroom has a tall queen sized bed and a full dresser. There is a fan located in this bedroom closet. The night stand next to the bed is equipped with phone charging outlets.
The guest bedroom has a twin trundle bed and a night stand with charging capabilities.
There are camp chairs in the closet to enjoy on the back deck.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, toilet paper, a hair dryer and basic soaps.
The laundry room is available for your use as well.
Our kitchen is stocked with the basic necessities.
No pets allowed as we are very allergic. I know, it's sad. We love them but our allergies don't.

We were very impressed with the home as soon as we walked in. We had lawn chairs with us, so I enjoyed my tea on the deck.
