Located just steps away from beautiful downtown Sweetwater Tn. this 1882 gorgeous original carriage house has charm and history. In 1908 it became a the public library for almost sixty years and then became a beautiful home. Located close to hwy 75 Downtown Sweetwater has lots of Antique shops, boutiques, and great restaurants. Our home has been completely updated with all the amenities you would wish for. Close to Knoxville and Chattanoga with so much to do in East Tennessee..

Very quaint 2 bedroom home. All the comforts you could want. Loved the little town that had everything you could possibly want. Located right off the freeway and centrally located between Knoxville and Chattanooga.
