About this house rental
Located just steps away from beautiful downtown Sweetwater Tn. this 1882 gorgeous original carriage house has charm and history. In 1908 it became a the public library for almost sixty years and then became a beautiful home. Located close to hwy 75 Downtown Sweetwater has lots of Antique shops, boutiques, and great restaurants. Our home has been completely updated with all the amenities you would wish for. Close to Knoxville and Chattanoga with so much to do in East Tennessee..

The Carriage House is such a quaint place to stay! The host is very attentive if you have any questions! Very close to downtown, walking distance. The house is well set up with everything you will need for your stay! This was our second stay and won’t be our last!
