The villa features 2 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and a balcony. You can enjoy two private pools within the villa—one on the first floor and a smaller one on the rooftop, where you’ll enjoy incredible views and sunsets.

The property has two bedrooms: the first features a queen-size bed, a closet, a TV, a private full bathroom, and a balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a closet, TV, private full bathroom, and a balcony.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living/dining/kitchen area equipped with everything you need for your vacation; a guest bathroom; and a good-sized pool in the garden for you to enjoy. The house also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
On the first floor, you’ll find the two bedrooms described above. And on the second floor, you can enjoy another rooftop pool, which also features an outdoor dining area and a small living room.

Eclypsse is a development nestled in the jungle where you can enjoy its tranquility. From the house, you’ll have two balconies with beautiful views and a rooftop where you can enjoy the sunsets and the pool.
Parking is available for the apartments during your stay.

Your reservation includes concierge service; this person will help you plan the best vacation possible, whether through recommendations, reservations at restaurants and beach clubs, a private chef, special decorations, pre-stocking of food and beverages, or bike and scooter rentals, etc.
Your concierge will contact you approximately 10 days before your arrival (via WhatsApp) to coordinate your arrival and assist you with whatever you need.

Just a 10-minute drive from the beach or town—and the best beach clubs and restaurants—this location offers views of nature, plenty of natural light, and is surrounded by greenery. It’s a developing neighborhood, so there’s also some construction activity. You’ll also find Avenida 7 La Veleta just 10 blocks away—a growing area with many dining options, convenience stores, and some nightlife.

Most of our guests choose to rent a scooter, ATV, or bicycle during their stay to make getting to the beach or town as convenient as possible. Renting a car is also a good option if you’d like to explore the area around Tulum, such as cenotes, ruins, and other small towns.

Tulum is a town that’s constantly growing, so you’ll likely see and hear some construction going on nearby. Similarly, some of the streets around La Veleta haven’t been paved yet.
Power outages may occur in Tulum due to this growth and development. We’d love to resolve this immediately, but it’s beyond our control. Rest assured that we’ll do our best and everything in our power to make your stay an unforgettable experience so you can enjoy our incredible TULUM.
