About this apartment rental
Dear guest, thank you for choosing our apartment. We know how important it is for you to be independent and to quickly find everything you need, which is why we’ve compiled the most important information in this guide. We’re always here to help if you have any questions!
• Basic Information: Check-in is from 2:30 PM to midnight via self-check-in, while check-out is by 10:00 AM. On your last day, please remember to leave your key card on the cabinet by the entrance!
• Access: The main entrance to the building is very straightforward. Contact us upon your arrival in front of the main door, and we’ll automatically unlock it for you remotely. Please wait for the door to open. We’re located on the mezzanine level; take the door on the left, where you’ll find a small safe. Enter the codes provided to you; once opened, you’ll have a personalized key card that allows you to lock and unlock the front door and arm and disarm the alarm. For your safety, the apartment is monitored by the operations center of the security firm “A.n.c.r.”
• Lost Keys: In the event that you accidentally lose your keys, please contact us. We will remotely unlock the door and disarm the alarm, and provide you with the codes to open the key box located inside the apartment, next to the control panel, so we can provide you with a duplicate and allow your stay to continue normally without stress (unfortunately, due to recurring inconveniences—even if accidental—we are required to charge a 30-euro penalty for the replacement and reprogramming of the key card)
• Entrance Lighting: The hallway light is automatic and controlled by a motion sensor
• The bedrooms and living room are equipped with SMART TVs, and you’ll find dedicated USB ports on either side of the nightstands to charge your electronic devices
• Bathroom: The bathroom mirror, which is also suitable for applying makeup, allows you to adjust the light color and intensity to your liking. The bathroom heater and heated towel rack are powered, if the switch (as shown in the photo) is in position 1, the water heater and heated towel rack are powered; the heated towel rack can be turned on or off as needed
• Meters: The main meter is located in the building’s entrance hall, as shown in the attached photo (Photo 2), while the internal electricity meter is located behind the front door (Photo 3).
• Surroundings: A few meters down the street, at the end of the road, you’ll find a convenience store. . If you need a pharmacy, you’ll find one at Via Roma No. 7.
