Ground Floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terraces (1 south-facing and 1 east-facing), a shower room/restroom, and an utility room
The terrace is equipped with patio furniture, a parasol, and a beach chair.
Upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed (140 x 200 cm), a shower room/toilet with a walk-in shower
The bedroom windows are fitted with insect screens and blackout curtains.

One parking space is available for your use.
