About this house rental
Spend a relaxing and cozy holiday in my exclusive holiday home in St. Peter Ording, Ferieneck 26 at OT Böhl.
The house (built in 2016) has just been renovated and refurbished with exclusive furniture.
Great and quiet location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, the bakery is right on the corner. Free view of nature / meadows,

- Occupancy for max. 4 people (plus if necessary Small child)
- 2 bedrooms, each with a 180x200 double bed
- 2 bathrooms, on the ground floor with shower, on the upper floor with corner bath and shower

- Dogs / pets allowed after consultation, for a small additional charge
- Parking space available
- Floor heating in the bathroom
- Free WiFi / 55-inch flat-screen TV

Ground floor: tiles in the bathroom and hallway, oak floorboards in the living area

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a .:
Induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, combi steamer, coffee maker, milk frother, kettle, toaster etc.
Also: all-purpose room with washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner etc.
Upper floor: oak floorboards in the bedrooms and the gallery, 2 bedrooms (each with a 180x200 bed), bathroom with rain shower and bathtub, hairdryer
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price. The beds are already made for you.

Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen! Es hat alles super geklappt. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin!.

Unser Aufenthalt in SPO in diesem super ausgestatteten Ferienhaus war als Familie mit 2 Kinder (6 und 8 Jahre) genau das Richtige! Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier am richtigen Ort. Trotzdem sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung gut erreichbar.
Auch die Vermieterin war stets bemüht und sehr freundlich!
Es fehlte uns an nichts - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und äußerst gemütliche Unterkunft mitten in der Natur. Annette ist sehr nette, hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt.
Das Haus sehr modern, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir sind reigekommen und fühlten uns sofort zuhause.
Die Sauberkeit, Küchenausstattung und natürlich die Fussbodenheizung im Bad ( im Winter ist schon sehr schön:-) ) verdienen definitiv nochmal extra einen Stern.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, kaum Verkehr auf der Straße. Wenn jemand Ruhe sucht, ist er hier an der richtigen Adresse.
