The Basstölpel farmhouse has been meticulously and lovingly renovated and, together with its large garden, offers the perfect place to relax far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
A fireplace in the living area and a sauna with a relaxation room create a cozy atmosphere, and you can enjoy meals together outdoors on the two terraces.
Located in the quiet Böhl neighborhood, the vacation home is just a 5-minute walk from the Böhl beach access point; nearby you’ll also find forest and dune walking trails as well as the North Sea Golf Club. Enjoy your getaway by the North Sea with leisurely walks.
The living space of approximately 140 m² is distributed over two floors as follows:
First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, and fireplace; an additional TV room with entertainment electronics; a relaxation room with a sauna, shower, and access to the terrace; a guest restroom; and an utility room. The second terrace is located directly in front of the house entrance; both terraces are furnished with patio furniture.
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a tub, toilet, separate shower, and double sinks
One of the bedrooms has a TV, and the house is equipped with in-floor heating.
The property is fully fenced, so children and pets can explore nature without worry.
Two parking spaces are available for your use.
