About this house rental
The "Böhler Strandhus" semi-detached home, freshly renovated in the spring of 2023, offers plenty of space to relax and is just a stone's throw from Böhler Beach. The nearby golf course also provides a welcome break from everyday life. Attention to detail was a priority during the renovation; a small workspace was also set up in one of the bedrooms, and the garden offers secluded spots on two sides for a relaxing day on vacation!
The living area of approximately 115 m² spans three levels and is divided as follows:
Ground Floor: Entryway, living room with open kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terrace; a bathroom with shower and toilet featuring a walk-in shower; an utility room
This half of the house features a total of 2 terraces (1 facing southwest, 1 facing northeast); the garden is enclosed on one side by a stone wall, and on the other side you can enjoy a stunning view over meadows and fields.
Upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), TV, and workspace; one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm); a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a sauna. The house features underfloor heating, and all bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
Attic: one bedroom with 2 single beds (100 x 200 cm each)
The garden shed provides storage space for bicycles.
You’ll also find firewood here, which you’re welcome to use in the fireplace.
Two parking spaces are available.
