The bedrooms are served by a second-floor bathroom, a second-floor cloakroom and a lower-ground-floor shower room. Completing the property is a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a lower-ground-floor snug. Outside there is a patio with outdoor seating and two parking permits are provided for the Broad Street Car Park. Prospect House is a stunning property to enjoy a fun-filled break to the Lakes with your loved ones.
