About this house rental
Spiffy little joint with a lot of history! This quaint and quirky stay is a Kerrville relic. Folklore claims that it was once the admin office of the old train station, then later moved down the road to becoming a family home. Packed full of charm with thoughtful art, furnishings, bedding, great wifi, TV, a nice sound system with a record player, and a well-appointed kitchen. Dogs welcomed! Extended stays are welcomed!

1 Queen bedroom and 1 Full bedroom. The toilet and vanity are Jack & Jill style between the two bedrooms. The shower is separate and doubles as a laundry room. It's a fun layout that works well for shared spaces.

Great location. Once we called VRBO and got our booking info corrected, everything was awesome! The host got back with us quickly with any questions we had! It’s little house and great yard for our dogs! Less than a 5 minute drive from any restaurant down town! Walking distance from HEB! Saw deer in the little field next to the house our last night! Definitely will book again!
