This is a well-maintained, beautiful home with a great layout, in a beautiful neighborhood. Some amenities and furnishings were upgraded from their descriptions--the futon bed mentioned, for instance, is now a good mattress on a frame. There were two round sleds for use at White Sands. There were tons of linens available and the kitchen was stocked with many items for normal meal prep--spices, oils, etc. In addition to coffee, pods and filters, there were teas. There was a decent first aid kit. Furnishings were comfortable and in good condition.We did call our Guest Contact person when we couldn't find an item listed, and they were quick to get back to us and very helpful.Playing bocce ball in the lovely yard with family and handing out candy to the Halloween trick-or-treaters were two highlights. (The speakeasy-style window on the front door was awesome for checking on arriving trick-or-treaters. 'So glad we brought candy just in case, as they were all polite and in great costumes.)The view of the mountains was most spectacular at sunset, and morning coffees on the back patio were peaceful and lovely. We had other family in other accommodations/rentals in town for the big family event, but ours was definitely the best rental experience, from what we heard!

We went to visit family in Las Cruces, and needed a place we all could be comfortable, and a convenient location. We chose right! This home is beautiful, clean and well maintained, with all the amenities you need and more. We highly recommend this home!
