About this house rental
* Space for the entire family plus some. Kid friendly with child locks. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and comfortable beds. 3 baths and 5 bedrooms, with comfortable beds, including a king, 3 queens, a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, day bed, pack n play, and toddler `Harry Potter` bed under the stairs. We have a game room and a weight room.
* Fully sanitized between guests, wiping down all commonly touched surfaces in addition to a thorough cleaning. Please reach out with any questions on this.

This property is NOT a party house and guests/you are required to be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially between the hours of 9pm-8am. We look forward to hosting you!

PET POLICY
Our property is pet-friendly, and house-trained dogs are welcome to stay with prior approval! We charge an additional $45/ pet fee, which will be added to your total cost. If you have more than 1 pet coming along it will be charged to your Airbnb account upon check in via the resolutions center within the booking platform. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet before arrival.

Owners were fantastic and gave some great recommendations for food. Andele's is a must!We had a group in town for the Bataan Memorial March, this place was located an easy 30 minutes from WSMR Las Cruces Gate, and 45 minutes from the entrance to White Sand National Park.The house was immaculate, and gave us a perfect place to coordinate travellers, rest, preparatory dinner and to relax after the event was over.Instructions were very clear, accomodations were just what we needed, cleanliness and communication were awesome.Highly recommend for anyone with multiple families or a large group. Lots of beds and baths, foosball, huge couch, nice outdoor space, big kitchen.

The house is very comfortable and roomy the master suite is amazing. It was well stocked and clean other than the dining room chairs which were badly stained. There were a total of 10 of us. I would happily stay stay there again.

The house is beautiful and plenty of space for a large family staying, but the property needs some work and clarity.The couch in living is broken, ice maker and coffee maker also broken. Plates and cups in cupboard were dirty so we ended up buying paper plates and cups. We also had to buy toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher pods because they did not have them. The rules were very clear to not lose the garage opener, but we never did find one. Additionally, there is a strict no smoking rule, but we found cigarette butts by the front door and one of the beds had cigarette hole burn on the comforter. The house wasn’t very clean either. A pillow on one of the beds was stained, and the large bath tub was very dirty. Crumbs on the counters and floor as well. Another thing to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper, the house next to the master bedroom side has four dogs that bark throughout the night and early morning.
