About this house rental
* Beautiful new home in a desirable & safe part of Las Cruces with new furniture and appliances. It has 2 baths and 4 bedrooms with comfortable memory foam beds, including a king, 2 queens, a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a queen air mattress Includes grill area, outdoor furniture and firepit.
* Fully sanitized between guests, wiping down all commonly touched surfaces in addition to a thorough cleaning. Please reach out with any questions on this.
* Granite counters, soaking tub, wood-look tile floors.
* Central refrigerated air conditioning.
* Fast Wifi of 200 Mbps - perfect for working or doing homework from home.
* The kitchen has all granite counters and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, glassware, etc.
* Provided soap, shampoo and conditioner and lots of fluffy towels.
* Washer and dryer for your convenience on longer stays and a two-car garage to park your car.

* No animals are allowed due to allergies.
* This is a new (7/21) property with new furnishings. We want our guests to enjoy the space. We also want our neighbors to be happy with our property being used as a short-term rental. This property is NOT a party house and guests/you are required to be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially between the hours of 9pm-8am. We look forward to hosting you!

$65 for taking the garage remote and not returning it
$35 for failure to take garbage cans to the curb on garbage day
$25 for failure to turn off the grill, propane tank, or gas stove knobs

Traveled to Las Cruces for NM State baseball for the weekend and the property was great. Convenient and close to everything needed. Great communication by the host!
