A top-class getaway right on the dike: Look forward to a North Sea vacation with the whole family at the Deichglück vacation home in Tönning. This quietly situated vacation home, located right at the mouth of the Eider River, offers not only a cozy atmosphere but also high-quality vacation comfort and first-class amenities.
Location
The vacation home is located right on the dike in Tönning, in the Olversum district, about 8 km from the North Sea. The seawater outdoor pool and the grassy beach in Tönning are only about 400 m away and within walking distance. St.-Peter-Ording, with its beautiful sandy beaches, is about a 20-minute drive (22 km) away.
Shopping and recommended restaurants are located in downtown Tönning (1.5 km).
Special Features
Up to two dogs are welcome in our smoke-free vacation home. We’re happy to provide our guests with free Wi-Fi. Bicycles can be stored in a storage room. Parking is available right next to the house.

This approximately 127 m² vacation home underwent extensive renovations in 2022 and offers its guests modern and exclusive amenities.
The first floor features a cozy living and dining area with a superbly equipped open kitchen. The freestanding BOSCH fridge-freezer combination offers plenty of storage space as well as an ice and water dispenser for crushed ice and ice cubes. Thanks to the freestanding kitchen counter, there’s plenty of room here to cook together with the whole family. You’ll find a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-burner induction stove, an induction milk frother, a range hood, a kettle, and a toaster. The easy-to-use fully automatic coffee machine from JURA will enhance your vacation with delicious coffee specialties.
At the large dining table, you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with a magnificent view of the garden and the surrounding fields.
In the stylishly designed living room, you can wind down at the end of your day relaxing on the cozy couch or in one of the armchairs while watching an exciting movie on the flat-screen TV or reading a good book by the crackling fireplace. The Sonos smart speaker provides the perfect background music via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, rounding out the experience.
The vacation home features a total of four bedrooms: two on the first floor, one of which has a double bed (160 × 200) and its own TV. From this room, you have direct access to the second bedroom, which has a single bed (90 × 200) and an additional pull-out bed frame (90 × 200).
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms; the first has a double bed (180 × 200) and also features its own flat-screen TV. The second bedroom upstairs also offers two single beds (90 × 200). Plenty of space and lovely retreats for friends and family.
The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a modern shower and toilet; the bathroom upstairs features both a shower and a bathtub for a relaxing soak after an eventful day of vacation.
The covered terrace features comfortable patio furniture, a seating area for up to eight people, and a grill. The large, fenced-in yard offers plenty of space for adults, children, and, of course, your four-legged friend to play and relax.
On-site costs: An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be added via the optional services.
