All bedrooms are equipped with bed linens and towels. With 3 bathrooms, 3 walk-in showers, and an additional bathtub, the house is equally suitable for families, couples, or a comfortable stay for multiple generations. Pets are allowed; youth groups are not permitted. This is a non-smoking property.
The unique loft-style living area on the first floor features an open-concept design: the kitchen opens onto the living room and dining area. Hardwood floors in the living and bedrooms create a harmonious, well-maintained atmosphere, while underfloor heating and central heating ensure comfortable living even during cooler seasons. For relaxing moments, there is a sofa area with a sofa, TV, and a hi-fi system; there are a total of 5 TVs (44–55 inches), including one in every bedroom. A wood-burning stove enhances the cozy atmosphere on quieter evenings.
