We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a very close walk to the beach and the condo itself was really well stocked. One thing that does always bother me is when rentals don’t have proper blankets. I know we are in Florida. But the blankets were very thin. Also, the security on site is something else. Like, a little to intense. They don’t let anyone under 18 in the hot tub, even with an adult with them and it is strictly enforced. My kids love the hot tub. So this was a little frustrating. Over all though, this is a wonderful rental. I’d recommend it and I’d stay again.

BJ was so so helpful for us when we got the place booked, she worked magic and she saved us from not having a place to stay the whole week. She made the check-in process so so easy and smooth, on top of that she was super sweet and funny and made us feel right at home. She also took extra time out of her day to make sure we were good and everyone had everything they needed. The place was sooooo nice and super cool and comfy! We loved the setup and the 4th floor balcony views were beautiful, you could see the ocean from it! We loved the high ceilings and how spacious it felt as well as the rooms and how the layout was and how the living room and kitchen felt so open. We also loved the accessibility of everything around the condo! Alvin’s island was right next door about a minute walk away and the surf hut which is a super good beachfront seafood restaurant was a 5 minute walk away as well! Winn Dixie, Whataburger, 5 guys, and Waffle House were 8-10 minutes of a walk away the outlet mall was 12 minutes away so we barely had to Uber or take our own vehicle! The condo is also super close to the pool, hot tub, and the grill. Which by the way were all amazing as well. I’ve stayed in a lot of places but this place was definitely my favorite because of location, security, and the quality of people who run the show! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you wanna get the absolute most out of your Destin Experience! :)

The room was really nice close to beach and the gated security was nice.

There were quite a few maintenance problems. From poor to no lighting, to washing machine smells, to slow to no wifi at times, to poor cooling with the air conditioning. The unit was nice and clean and the photos were accurate. I feel if I would have stayed in contact with property management my issues would have been resolved, but didn't feel like the hassle while on vacation.
