3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Property was as described, excellent for multi generational with bedrooms on both floors.Property needs some maintenance, screen at pool is ripped. I called in a problem with the front door lock, called back each of the next 2 days and no one came out while I was there.

The home was awesome. Good Location. Minor issues here and there but they do respond right away. However, I contacted the property manager through chat after they sent a link (after payment) that there are only 2 parking spaces.The ad on VRBO said parking available but did not indicate there are only 2. For a house that accommodates 15 people, expecting 2 vehicles is not impossible but a poor assumption. On that chat, the property manager suggested I go to parking.com and you can see right away there's no parking available in that website. They said that's what they are told to say. We did have a good time as a family but with this hassle, I'm giving it 3-stars.Also the property manager was responsive, during our stay It was just the initial interaction that was bad since they hang up on me on chat
