8BR Resort Home with Games Room and BBQ

Accommodation is in a secure location. Ample space internally to accommodate three families of four Good sized bedrooms bathrooms and closet space We used gym in complex clubhouse. Small but ample House was quiet despite next door having large pool parties each evening. Disney Parks 25 minutes away Universal about 40 minutes Very big Walmart two minutes from accommodation. Lots of local eateries We reported damages to owners on arrival and they responded immediately. Communication with owner very good and quick response. Technician came within an hour and fixed what he could and photographed damage caused by previous occupancy. Great service. Pool was cloudy one day and they resolved it on same day sending pool technician whilst we were at one of the parks Games room in garage got rather hot during daytime although there is a small freestanding air conditioning unit. Two large refrigerators / ice makers Two dishwashers There are plenty of towels and pool towels.

Unlike other accommodation we have rented there was none of the‘leftover’ groceries you might expect eg oil salt pepper etc. General store cupboard stuff Only about 20 hangers in total for all closets We stayed 14 nights and only had two rubbish bags two dishwasher tabs / washing powder Electric sockets in kitchen kept tripping and we had to reset in garage fuse box We were disappointed though that we couldn’t get a later check out ( flight home 9pm). Reason given guests arriving that afternoon. However we were not able to check in early due to later cleaning because previous guests had requested late check out. Why were they given the option but not us ?

I couldn't fault anything about our stay in the house everything exceeded.our expectations. We had a fantastic time. There were a small.few issues but not even worth speaking about as they were promptly resolved by the management company Ustay

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer. 2 weeks wasn't enough

The home was absolutely beautiful. I loved everything about the decor to the pool and the two refrigerators. However the master room upstairs definitely had bed bugs. It was a minor bed bug issue but we still could not sleep in the bed the entire trip due to not being comfortable with the situation. The property did send someone out to spray but I still saw bed bugs.

The upstairs master bedroom had bed bugs. The property manager claimed they weren’t bed bugs but I’m 100% sure it was.
